3.Zlokuchane 534m2 plot 10 mins outside the resort of Borovets - A highly desirable area.

This regulated plot is very near the ski resort of Borovets which is in the process of enlarging its ski and lift facilities in the very near future and becoming - Super Borovets. The area is like a Sleepy Giant. The village of Zlokuchane hangs over the Samokov plateau like a Tuscany village (picture to of plot featured left). Even the nick name of Zlokuchane is -Sunny Beach-because in the cold months when the Samokov plato below, is often foggy, the village rises above it like a beach in the sun.The sun sets in this place are just stunning. The distance to the main town ,for the resort of Borovets - Samokov , is only 4 km. From there , it takes very easy 10 minutes to the ski heaven at the food of the highest mount in the whole of Balkan peninsula-Mussala 2925m

The road to the capital is very picturesque-it goes along a gorge and passing by 3 lakes one after the other. Another jewel in Bulgaria is near by-this is the famous lakes - 7 lakes. These glacier formations are high in the western Rila and accessible by foot only.This is the region with the most rivers.The name Rila originates from the word - water mountain.

The village of Zlokuchane itself is quite pretty.
