Airport of Bourgas is 30 min away with regular charter flights from UK. 2 min drive to Sunny Beach or from next year you can cycle along the gentle path admiring the views in all directions. There is present at the property: Maintenance of the pool -regular cleaning, chemical tests and also the cleaning and looking after the property can be arranged for a very small annual fee if preferred. The newly build villa is with 10 year structural guarranty-8.5 years left. The plot is surrounded by a brick wall with roof tiles on the edge .On the left there is a house with swimming pool, on the right - the same. Back inside the house: From the living room you can go upstairs or straight ahead where there are 2 double bedrooms with a shower/WC room. Again the bedrooms are with very nice views especially the one looking towards the pool. The property is all-round with very attractive Spanish tiles. On the second floor, there is very good size master double bedroom with en-suite shower/WC (shown left) and direct huge door leading to the balcony. The balcony faces almost all geographical directions so you can enjoy looking either towards the mountain behind, your place with the pool, the valley in front of you , the villa area all-round or the sea and the silluettes of the resort of Sunny Beach or even Bay of Bourgas further south.
All of the windows and doors are made of high quality PVC with reliable locking facilities. The house is alarmed with the popular local company which is with a man made response unit on call 27/7. The satellite system will be placed if desired at no cost. What else?
-The ground around the pool creates very clever platform for looking down in front of you. The road edge is with very high wall and on one side there is the gate for the car and the door for pedestrians.-Open the gate and there is a surprise on one side you see the pool in front of the house. Gravel drive-in leading towards the house. Parking can accommodate 3-4 cars.
